RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at info@framesb.ch with your order number and the products you would like to return. We will not accept any returns without prior notification.

Products must be returned as delivered in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and any risks associated with the return of the product.

We will credit the account used for the purchase only. The refund will be for the full amount paid at the time of purchase, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made within 14 days, you will be notified by email.
